Evaluation of DEA & Documents as RSC Standard - Chaity Composite Limited.

Getting the drawing and documents, found some discrepancies in the RSC approved as built structural drawing. Conducting evaluation by strip cut on beam and I can made a decision that there should be no retrofit work in 240 nos. beam.

RCC Column Retrofitting Work at Chaity Industrial Park

Because of the unplanned vertical extension of three RCC buildings, RSC recommended that the factory have to improve the load capacity of the column.Conducted retrofit work in 172 nos. RCC column in three individual buildings and got correct by RSC after field inspection.
